CHECK-IN PROCESS

How to check-in:
Once you arrive, find a numbered parking spot and call from your car to check in. We ask that you stay in your car until instructed to come inside by an employee.  You will be called in when your pet is about 5 patients out and assigned a letter to sit at in the lobby(A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I). Once inside it may take some time before your turn to see the doctor depending on what the other patients are checked in for. Please stay in your designated area until it is your turn. All dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier. If you have a retractable leash, please make sure your pet is with you at all times and not wandering the front lobby. If you do not have a carrier, please alert the front desk and one will be provided to you.
Early Check-ins are normally accommodated if you get here before 7:30am and try to park in spaces 1-6.

IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN WE CALL YOU TO COME INSIDE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE.
You must be in a NUMBERED PARKING SPACE for us to check you in. If there are no available numbered parking spaces, please try coming back when the parking lot clears out. Per the City of El Cajon, we cannot have people double parked due to safety. Please DO NOT block the gates on either sides of the building.
Surgery drop-offs
Surgery drop off is between 8am- 9am
If you are here for a scheduled surgery you may come inside with your animal to the left side of the lobby (cat side) to check in and sign paperwork.

Medication/Food Pickups
If you are here to pick up medications/food for your animal you may come inside to the left side of the lobby and inform the staff you are here for pick up.
